Every day our Business Interface Representatives help system owners and users better understand IT issues and requirements. They oversee USCIS software applications, database development; and serve as mediator, liaison, and facilitator to users for the making of resource decisions and prioritization for USCIS data integrity and infrastructure development projects.
This position of BUSINESS INTERFACE REPRESENTATIVE starts at a salary of $82,642.00 (GS-13 step 1), to $107,434.00 (GS-13 step 10).
