Copy and Print Shops Sales Supervisor

Position Summary : Copy & Print Sales Managers work in high volume Staples Copy & Print shops. This role is primarily responsible for build relationships with new and existing business customers with the goal of providing total copy and print solutions as well as enhancing the sales capabilities of all Copy & Print associates.
Position Responsibilities:
Drive profitable sales in Staples' Copy & Print shops through a focus on in store business development and growth.
Grow copy & print customer base by actively prospecting and building relationships with business customers.
Utilize to for communicate and manage best customers via phone or in store meetings
Partner with an outside Account Manager to increase sales activity, conduct account reviews and strategize ways to increase sales and customer retention
Develop a sales culture in store (referrals, lead generation, up-selling & great customer service) focusing on identifying top business customers in order to provide them with an ongoing total print solution
Maintain and support existing accounts and ensure all levels of service and quality are being met to customer's expectations
Develop, coach and mentor store associates to achieve results and build strong customer relationships
Consistently find ways to ensure associates are satisfied and recognized for wins
Determine sales growth opportunities within existing business customers
Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures; Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Computer Skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
Two to four years progressive retail or printing industry experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity
Results oriented, self motivated, and driven by both financial and career opportunities
Experience selling in a copy and/or print environment

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
