This team member will perform a wide range of duties related to deposit account support.
This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of information by making sure that the daily processes and tasks are completed in a timely manner with -minimal errors or exceptions.
The Deposit Operations Associate I is responsible for providing telephone, teams, and email support to external and internal members, fielding inquiries, and fulfilling requests.
Specific duties include:
Mail Processing to include returned mail, transaction and member requests, as well as notice and letter preparation.
Deposit research to include statement and check copies, check order errors, as well as verification of deposit completion.
Check processing to include review of large dollar checks as well as check review of items deposited through the ATM.
Review of basic quality control reports.
Provide support for Retail staff which may require direct communication with members.
Print and mail all notices.
Handle returned mail to update address.
Qualifications:
Three years to five years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
